H Company’s Singapore Global Innovation Center is an urban mobility hub that integrates city infrastructure, mobility, and people through technology. To implement a multi-model, low-volume production system, the center has eliminated the conventional conveyor belt system and adopted a cell-based production method.
Our company has developed and implemented the essential Cell-to-Cell Logistics Robot Control System for this innovation hub.
With over 130 logistics robots, the system integrates heterogeneous systems and FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) capabilities to utilize manufacturing process data, efficiently transporting necessary parts and vehicle bodies from origin to destination.
By ensuring safe and timely transportation of materials to each production process, we have not only improved operational efficiency but also enabled automated production planning, optimizing overall manufacturing workflow.
